Shipping Policy

Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process. If you have requested priority shipping, your order will be shipped the same day if requested before 10 a.m. Shipping/transit times take about 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location.

All orders are shipped from our main International facilities.

The following states are prohibited from purchasing:

- Washington State
- Virginia State
- Mississippi State

If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not yet received the second email confirming shipment, please email us back with your full name and order number. RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS

The item you ordered must be delivered before shipping for a refund, which means there are no cancellations while the order is being processed.

Canceling an order: once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.

If you wish to return a product that does not work or is damaged, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, simply send an email to contact@brilliagem.com. Once your purchase is eligible for return, we will email you a free shipping label, send it, and now you just have to wait for your refund.

NO REFUND is allowed on any order that has used a discount or promotional code.
