Do you want to return the shades?
BRILLIAGEM typically offers easy returns, no questions asked and no complications.

If you'd like to initiate an exchange for store credit or have any questions, please email contact@brilliagem.com

Please note that we generally do not offer refunds after your order has been processed or shipped. You can still return or exchange your product as long as it is in the same condition as when you received it. We may offer store credit for refunds and returns. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and receive store credit for the full purchase price.

Want to Exchange? No problem! There's a 30-day return policy or in other words, you have 15 days after receiving the item (Delivered) to request a return. After 30 days, we CANNOT accept returns or refunds.

To qualify for a refund, the product MUST be unused and undamaged in its original packaging.

The item you ordered needs to be delivered before shipping it back for a refund, meaning there are no cancellations while the order is being processed.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
Once an order is processed, the order cannot be canceled.
After your order is placed, you'll have 12 hours to email us or notify us about the cancellation.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders/shipments once they're in transit.

If you wish to return a product that doesn't work or is damaged, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, email us at contact@brilliagem.com. Once your purchase is eligible for return, we'll email you a free shipping label, ship it back, and now you just wait for your refund.

REFUNDS are NOT ALLOWED on any order that has used a discount, promo code, or any type of sale/clearance.
